1. Use of the Service

Color CEO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, commercial, and educational purposes.

• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Our Content

The Color CEO website and application — including all text, design, graphics, code, algorithms, and user interface elements — are owned by Color CEO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any images, SVG files, or color data you upload or use within the Service. Since all processing happens client-side in your browser, this content is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2.3 Generated Outputs

Color palettes, gradient CSS code, and recolored SVG files generated using the Service are yours to use freely for any personal or commercial purpose, without attribution required.

3. Disclaimers

3.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accurate color representation, color accuracy depends heavily on monitor calibration, operating system color profiles, and browser rendering. We make no guarantees regarding the precision of color values displayed or calculated.

3.3 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Color CEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed USD $10.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for those services' terms, privacy practices, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and risk.
